1. Organizational Commitment
ASLI (White Ribbon Israel) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, abuse, and discrimination of any kind. As an organization dedicated to engaging men in the prevention of gender-based violence, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards across all operations, events, and internal procedures.
2. Scope & Code of Conduct
This policy applies to all board members, staff, volunteers, and active participants. Every member and active volunteer is required to sign our Code of Conduct and undergo annual training on gender-based violence prevention and legal compliance.
3. Independent Reporting Mechanism
To ensure a safe, accessible, and objective process, ASLI operates an independent oversight and reporting mechanism. Any individual - whether internal to the organization or an external party - who has experienced or witnessed misconduct involving ASLI members or activities can file a confidential report.
